It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing! We live local and wanted a night with a pool and hot tub for my daughters 11th birthday. The staff was so nice about it when I asked if it was ok to have a small gathering in our suite (total of 8 people for a few hours). We were able to use the pool and then go back to our suite for cake a presents. My daughter left her bathrobe behind and the hotel notified us immediately about it. Not many will do that, so that was really nice.

Very clean! Plenty of space in a 2 room king suite to have children in bed while adults could relax and converse in the sitting area. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Staff was friendly and made the stay very pleasant. Good location, convenient to the highway but out of the traffic of downtown Burlington. Grocery store nearby to get food items, if needed. Overall, a great place to stay.

The basic room was large with a full kitchen, sitting area and tv that swivels from facing the couch, to the bedroom side if you'd rather watch from bed. The bed was queen sized and very comfortable. The room was quiet. Lots of counter space. The bathroom sink was in a separate area from the toilet and shower, so you could get ready while someone else was using the facilities.

Did not eat breakfast there, but staff was very friendly and helpful. The price of the room was great, location was very close to restaurants, my family, the lake Champlain ferries, shopping. The room was large and spacious, very clean, luxurious bed and wonderful walk in shower, rotating tv and large bathroom area, and dining table with full kitchen.Love everything!!
